Thanks to the optimal combination of several factors, the product achieved in the smoking process is characterized by long-lasting flavour, smell and colour.
It requries only minimal involvement on the part of the smoker operator, which is securing the regular supply of wood chips.
The casing is manufactured from aluzinc sheets, resistant to unfavourable weather conditions. The inside has been made with materials approved for food contact. Polyurethane foam provides the smoker with proper insulation, at the same time being a guarantee of the right smoking temperature. The temperature is regulated by a 500W burner, whose work is monitored by a thermostat.
The smoker is fitted with a tight door, air damper regulating the flow of the air, and an ashtray. The soul of the machine is obviously the smoke generator - the guarantee of successful smoking.
