The Smoke Generator and Oven are controlled independently and the oven is regulated by a 1400W burner with the use of a thermostat. The smoker is fitted with a tight door and heavy-duty hinges, an air damper, and an ash tray. The soul of the machine is obviously the smoke generator which guarantees even air distribution. The control panel has a switch used for regulating the power of the burner.
The Smoke Generator allows you to use normal sawdust and continually feeds through a hopper system giving you continual clean smoke. Also by running the Smoke Generator on it owns you can successfully cold smoke at ambient temperatures.
For standard smoking like fish, we usually use 50% of the burner’s power, i.e. 700W. In the case of low temperatures and maximum load of the smoker, the switch should go to position 1400W, which will allow us to achieve the right temperature in a short time for items like chicken and beef. Thanks to the optimal combination of all listed elements, the product achieved in the smoking process are characterized by long-lasting flavor, smell, and color.
