Our 3rd Dirty Bird in the range! This BBQ Chicken seasoning is a little different to our other 2 in the range. This one you apply directly to the chicken, no need to mix with flour!
We've added a lick of smoke to this seasoning, so if you can't be bothered stocking up the BBQ, you can just cook directly in the oven. We recommend setting your oven of BBQ to 350-400f (180 - 200c).
Apply the seasoning to the bird and let sit for about 10 minutes so the seasoning sticks to the skin.
When the chicken is finished cooking, let it rest for 5-10 mins uncovered and then carve and serve.
* Remember the safe internal temperature for chicken is 165f (75c)*
