Dedicated to their dearly departed brother Joel. A collaboration between Stef and Ahika, this blend drew inspiration from Croatian traditional herbs and spices to honour his family heritage and their culture of spit roasting over open fires. The flavours move in all kinds of directions just like their man Joelza...always daring around the Motu. A unique blend proven to tick the boxes for man proteins.
